The location of the hotel was close to the starting point of the run that we joined and it was very convenient for us. Also, the buffet breakfast is good. The service is outstanding. They were able to accommodate all our requests and inquiries.

My room was plenty big, the bed was too hard for my complete enjoyment. They really needed to change the shower head as it was dirty and old. They don’t have a gym as was advertised but they have a sister hotel 5 minutes away where you can use its gym and pool. The front desk people were not all that friendly but not rude either. Good breakfast but limited.

Overall was good. The hotel room shower, bidet and the shower glass door need upgrading as it is not working properly. Hotel Restaurant have change to a new management and the food was average. The previous restaurant was very good.

The room itself was clean and has a really great view outside. The service of the staff from the front desk and the room attendants are great as well. The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was the smell from the parking lot. But overall, I'll give it 4 stars 🫶

Insects in room n cafe, flies around, Facility are old n need repair.compare Seda n this hotel, nearly same but Seda @5 stars while I judge it only 3 or less. Hotel to Airport charge is higher then Seda. Peso 4200 while Seda charge at 3450 peso. Not value for money. Card key loss charge @500 peso which feel over charge. Payment for loss key need to print carbon copy n written receipt which add cost. Breakfast compare to Seda is so much different. Especially in term of hygiene.

The staff who cleaned our room yesterday (room 402) broke my pressed powder. I was surprised when I opened it earlier after taking a bath and saw that it was broken. We’re checking out today, but I hope you can be more careful with the fragile belongings of your clients to avoid damaging their items. Thank you

The room we booked was very spacious, and has a very nice view. However, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and when housekeeping checked went to check, it turned on but the noise was too loud and no cold air coming out. So we were transferred to a another room which had no view, smaller tv with a very sqeaky/noisy mattress. Every move we made, it made a noise, it was not what we have expected to experience from a 4star hotel. It was disappointing and the whole fiasco had disrupted our sleep so bad that we left the hotel even more tired. Not sure if i want to go back here anymore.
